I remember the book, it was a paperback book and the color was blue and gold with pieces of red in it, and it was thick, I think it was called "Self-Actualization". What it offered me was the deep breath of an alternative world to Mom & Dad and All That. So interesting now that it has returned in my life as it was raised again in a circle I am centered in. To find your humanity in your interactions is to anchor your authenticity to a deeper core.
