		<description>I just wanted to say that I enjoyed reading your article.  For every performance, I too have that hesitancy and anxiety during the rehearsal process.  I found that if I let the doubt and fear get to me, I never acheived a great outcome.  I find now when I get the &quot;spooked&quot; feelings, I organize my schedule around extra personal practice times and constantly drill myself until it is impossible to mess up.  Looking forward to reading more future blogs on the subject!</description>

		<description>They say that children regress just before they leap into a new level of maturity.  I believe it&#039;s true for adults too -- we just don&#039;t notice the regression as much because it&#039;s a *repressed* tantrum (creativity block)!</description>
