What is the Boost Camp?
If you are passionate about the arts, have an idea that can change the world, or need a little help to make an even bigger difference in it, you should attend Boost Camp!

Boost Camp is an intensive 1,2 or 3-day-workshop course. The next three we are offering in Chicago and Bloomington, IL and St. Louis, MO are 2 day workshops.

Boost Camp will (re)introduce you to the process of transforming your passionate pursuits into a sustainable enterprise. Boost Camp will help you build your social innovation strategy plan, or start your business in the arts and/or the creative sector. Either way, we are here to teach you the fundamentals of how to be the difference you wish to make through creative business development. We will help you to understand the relationship between intelligent planning and ultimate success.


At Boost Camp you will learn from some of the top thought leaders in the industry on subject areas such as:

Determining the Sustainability of your Creative Idea

You will learn how to assess the viability of your social mission or world changing idea before committing vast amounts of time and/or money to such a new venture.

Crowd Building for your Creative Start Up

You will discover your own unique approach to sharing your vision to attract others to the mission of your creative enterprise. You will learn how to define your target market, understand your unique role in relationship to your competition, perform industry analysis and develop a strategy and communication plan for your unique enterprise.

Management and Operations

You will learn how to effectively communicate about your organizations management and operations. You will understand how to organize your enterprise and the value of developing an organizational flow chart.

Financing

You will learn from real working businesses and their profit and loss statement and balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Loaded with real world examples, you will come away with a stronger understanding of how to build a solid financial model to ensure you really can change the world with your ideas!
