Will You Be Brave in 2013?

Being Brave

Written by Deborah Tindle

Being brave is not the absence of fear or being unafraid.

Being brave is having fears and doubts but despite these feelings, you live, love, and laugh. Being brave is knowing that things will change one day.

Being brave is landing on your feet and continuing to strive for what you want again and again.

Being brave is loving even though you’ve been hurt or betrayed. Being brave is believing in the power of love.

Being brave is having the courage to say goodbye to someone who hurts you.

Being brave is when someone keeps having to say they are sorry and you stop believing them. Being brave is to say that you are not sorry and walking away.

Letting go, moving forward, and being okay is being brave.
