Where do good ideas come from?

Good ideas take time. They often come from the collision of good ideas that can take as long as 10 years to incubate.To be able to make an idea come to life we need systems that routinely encourages the co-mingling and the exchange of ideas.  In this 4 minute video Steven Johnson, author of Where Good Ideas Come From: The Natural History of Innovation, share with us how he arrives at this conclusion and why it matters.
